Auto Greene Partner Terms of Service
1. Marketplace Role
Auto Greene is a platform connecting customers with independent service providers. By joining, you acknowledge that you are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for the tools, equipment, and execution of all services booked.
2. Quality & Vetting
- Certifications: You must provide proof of valid certifications (e.g., IMI, PVD) relevant to your service.
- Standards: Services must be performed to a professional standard. Customers will rate your work; consistently low ratings or valid complaints may result in account suspension.
3. Insurance & Liability
- Mandatory Cover: You must maintain active Public Liability Insurance (minimum £1M recommended) and, where applicable, "Road Risks" or "Items Worked Upon" insurance.
- Damage: You are solely liable for any damage caused to a customer’s vehicle or property during the service. Auto Greene is not responsible for service-related claims.
4. Pricing & Commission
- Price Caps: To ensure market fairness, your service rates must not exceed the Auto Greene Price Caps (e.g., £500 for Full Detailing, £250 for Diagnostics).
- Commission: Auto Greene retains a 15% commission on the total booking value. Payouts are processed weekly/fortnightly after successful job completion.
5. Conduct & Platform Integrity
- Punctuality: You must arrive within the booked time slot. "No-shows" without 24-hour notice may incur a penalty fee or platform ban.
- Non-Circumvention: All bookings and payments must stay on the Auto Greene platform. Attempting to move customers "off-platform" to avoid commission is a breach of terms and will lead to immediate removal.
6. Termination
Either party can terminate this agreement at any time. Auto Greene reserves the right to remove any partner for fraud, lack of insurance, or failure to meet quality standards.
